Applicants must meet the minimum academic qualifications as listed below:

Field Officer: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Candidates should have good communication skills and be willing to work in field-level operations.
Computer Typist: HSC or equivalent with typing skills (Bangla: 25 WPM, English: 30 WPM).
Accounts Officer: BBA or B.Com in Accounting/Finance. Knowledge of accounting software preferred.
IT Support Technician: Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
Driver / Office Helper: SSC passed. Must have a valid driving license (for driver post).
